I ship worldwide from Slovenia.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.

 

 

Processing Time
 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
This includes quality control and careful packaging.

 

 

Estimated Delivery Times

 

Slovenia and European Union: 3–7 business days

Outside the EU: 7–21 business days

These are estimated timeframes. I cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential delays caused by postal services or customs.

 

 

Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

 

Shipping Fees


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Some orders may qualify for free shipping, depending on current offers or promotions.

Your order is shipped from Slovenia as a tracked letter package in protective bubble mailers.
 

The rates below apply to packages up to 0.5 kg in weight:

  • EU countries: €6.90

  • Other European countries (UK, Switzerland, Serbia, etc.): €7.80

  • Outside Europe (USA, Canada, Australia, etc.): from €8.00 to €9.20
     

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Free shipping may apply during special promotions.

Customs and Import Taxes


Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

 

Damaged Packages

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me at welcome@sixteen-seven.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
I will do my best to resolve the issue promptly.
