Because of the intimate and emotional nature of these products, I do not accept returns or offer refunds.

All sales are final.
Due to the personal, reflective nature of the Silent Whispers journal and the limited-run format of accompanying items (like stickers and printed materials), refunds will not be issued for any reason, including:

 

• Change of heart

• Accidental order

• Delivery delays outside our control

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your package at welcome@sixteen-seven.com.
Attach clear photos of the damage and packaging so I can help make things right.
